"I had a close friend’s 21st coming up and with everything being cancelled due to COVID-19 and the restrictions I wanted to make her day very special. I was video calling with Mel when I told her about my idea and what I’d like her help with.

My friend got a horse about 8 months ago and absolutely adores him. I wanted a customised birthday card of her and her horse to go with the present I was organising. I didn’t have a clear image in my mind in how I wanted it to look like. I sent a couple of photos to Mel and left the rest to her. 

 

Within 3 days of sending her the pictures she had a finished product for me to see which I was astonished with! It exceeded my expectations (which was expected) and was more I could’ve asked for. Although simple, it captured the personality of my friend and she could not believe it when she received it! She was absolutely stoked with it and had to show everyone her card!! Mel made the whole process so easy and I’ll definitely be using her skills again! Living in different cities, she even sent me the file so I could get it printed professionally without waiting for it to come in the mail! Mel also screenshot the details on the website as to what options I would need to click when ordering the print to make sure that it came out perfectly! Mel went above and beyond and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything worked out. Thank you!!"
