Started off on this role full-time freelancing for a month for a transition period between designers. Being the only designer in the agency helped me switch mindsets between jobs and clients without hesitation, managing workloads and learning that where sacrifice is needed, there is a reward. Role involves a variation of workloads, from quick turnarounds, heavy new business stationery to website builds and Social Media ads.
